Booking Terms & Conditions
The following booking conditions form the basis of your rental contract with us. They set out our respective rights and obligations and we recommend you should read them carefully.
- Booking your rental: To make your booking you must complete our booking form. A signature by the party leader is needed (who must be over 18) on behalf of all persons travelling. The party leader will be responsible for all payments due in respect of the rental booked. The booking form must be forwarded to us with payment of 20% of the total cost. If booking is within 8 weeks of departure full payment must be made.
- Your Contract: A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch our confirmation letter. This contract and all matters arising from it are governed by English law. In the unlikely event of a dispute between us, we both agree the matter will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
- Payment: A deposit of 20% of the rental cost must be made before we can confirm your rental. After we have dispatched your deposit confirmation no further reminders will be issued. Remainder of payment is due eight weeks prior to rental period. If full payment is not received by this time we have the right to treat your booking as cancelled by yourself. The deposit is non refundable. We advise cancellation insurance is taken out. If any payment is dishonoured we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £20.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of £250 is required against each booking. This will be refunded in full after the rental period following inspection of the property for breakages or damage to its contents.
- Rental period: Will commence at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The maximum number of guests should not exceed 12.
- The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at all times. Although a light clean is included in the price, we reserve the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
- Report to the owners without delay any defects in the property or breakdown i
